SEO AND CHILL is a digital software product.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to the software, licensing services, updates, downloads, and related digital content may be provided immediately.
Where permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal may be waived once access to the digital product has been granted.
Notwithstanding the above, SEO AND CHILL voluntarily offers a limited 14 day refund policy under the conditions described below.

SEO AND CHILL integrates with third party AI providers including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, Mistral, OpenRouter, Moonshot, xAI, and other compatible providers.
Users connect these services using their own accounts and API credentials.
SEO AND CHILL does not charge or collect fees imposed by third party AI providers.
Users are solely responsible for all charges incurred through connected AI services.
Refunds do not apply to any charges billed by third party AI providers.
Questions regarding AI related charges must be directed to the applicable AI provider.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the customer account dashboard.
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Unless otherwise required by law, no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of an active billing period.
Access to SEO AND CHILL will remain active until the end of the paid subscription term.

Where a chargeback is initiated, SEO AND CHILL reserves the right to suspend or terminate associated licenses, accounts, and services until the matter has been resolved.
