Ready for AI answers,
not just for search.

People ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews before they click a result. SEO & Chill gives those answer engines a clear picture of your site: an llms.txt, structured data on your posts, pages and products, and a meta description on every page, written by you or your AI, or taken from the page itself.

More and more questions end in an AI answer instead of a list of links. The engine behind it reads a handful of pages and quotes the ones it understands. Most WordPress sites make that hard: no structured data, meta descriptions missing, and nothing that says in one line what the site is about.

How it works

Why it matters

Outcomes, not mechanisms.

2

files for AI tools

llms.txt and llms-full.txt, built from your own pages and rebuilt when you publish.

8 + 2

schema types

WebSite, Organization, WebPage, Article, Person, Product, BreadcrumbList and CollectionPage, automatically. On Pro, switch on FAQ and HowTo, built from the questions and steps in your own text.

AI calls needed

The files, the schema and the sitemaps are built from your content, on every plan.

1

sentence about you

The site summary at the top of llms.txt. Write it yourself, or let your AI provider draft it, from Basic.

The honest part

No file gets you cited.
Good pages might.

Google says you need no special files or markup to appear in its AI Overviews, and so far there’s no solid evidence that an llms.txt gets a site cited more often. We serve one anyway: it costs nothing, and AI tools and agents do read it. What earns a place in an AI answer is what earns a ranking.

GEO sold wrong

Promises nobody can keep.

  • Guaranteed citations in ChatGPT
  • A secret file or tag that unlocks AI Overviews
  • Pages rewritten for bots instead of readers

AI answer engines choose their sources much as search engines rank pages: on what a page says and whether it can be trusted. There is no side door.

GEO done right

Easy to read, easy to quote.

  • Pages search engines can index: sitemaps, canonical URLs, and a warning when your whole site is hidden from search engines
  • Structured data that says what a page is and who is behind it
  • A meta description that says in one sentence what the page is for
  • An llms.txt as a free extra, not as the plan

Boring, compounding, safe. Schema, sitemaps and llms.txt run by themselves. The descriptions you write yourself, or let AI write them from Basic.

Use cases

Who chills hardest with this.

Blogger

Your archive, mapped

Your pages and latest posts, each with its meta description, its excerpt or its opening words. What you write about is readable at a glance.

WooCommerce store

Products machines can read

WooCommerce’s product schema, with price, stock and ratings, stays in place. We add your description, and our own Product schema where it’s missing, as with some page builders. Products aren’t listed in llms.txt.

Agency

GEO in every care plan

Every client site serves its llms.txt and schema from the day you install. If Yoast, Rank Math or All in One SEO is still active, the schema waits until it’s off. One less thing to set up, one more thing to report.

FAQ

Questions, answered calmly.

Generative Engine Optimization: making your pages easy for AI answer engines, like ChatGPT search, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews, to find, understand and cite. The term comes from a 2023 research paper. It builds on SEO instead of replacing it, because those engines draw on pages that search engines can index.

Not on its own, and nobody can promise that. llms.txt is a proposed standard that AI tools and agents can read, but so far there’s no solid evidence that it makes AI search cite a site more often. The plugin serves it for free, next to what does count: indexable pages, structured data and clear descriptions.

Any plan, and the free version too. llms.txt, llms-full.txt, schema and sitemaps work on all of them. Drafting the site summary with AI and AI Writer come with Basic. Pro adds FAQ and HowTo schema built from the questions and steps in your own text, AI schema suggestions in the editor, and the AI audit.

Yes. You write the one-line summary, or let AI draft it and edit that. It lists up to 50 pages and 50 posts, the most recently updated first. Pages set to noindex stay out, and so do your homepage, posts behind a password, and pages such as cart, checkout, privacy and terms. Products are not listed. One switch turns both files off.

At yoursite.com/llms.txt, with a preview in the plugin, under AI Writer. Getting a 404 there? Re-save your permalinks: the fix takes a minute.

XML sitemaps for your posts, pages, products and other public content, plus one for images and one for news, each with its own switch. Home checks once a day that your sitemap opens. A robots.txt editor that warns you when a rule keeps search engines out of your whole site. Open Graph and X tags for social previews, breadcrumbs, and your organization’s name, logo, contact details and social profiles in the schema. All of it in the free version and on every plan.

Ready for search, and for the answers on top of it.

Install once. Your llms.txt, schema and sitemaps keep themselves up to date.
