SEO AND CHILL, operated by NGC 4144 B.V., respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its websites and services to do the same. This policy describes how copyright complaints are handled for content hosted on seoandchill.com and related properties we control.

Scope

This policy applies to content hosted on our own websites and services.

Content published on customers' own WordPress sites is hosted by those customers, not by us; complaints about such content should be directed to the site owner or their hosting provider.

Filing a Notice

To be effective, your notice must include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a URL).
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly and notify the user who posted it where applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

Identification of the removed material and its former location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at your address, or, where applicable, the competent courts of Overijssel, The Netherlands, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant informs us that it has sought a court order.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting materially false claims in a notice or counter-notification may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not submit a complaint unless you are confident in its accuracy.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Non-US Rights Holders

The DMCA is a United States statute. Rights holders in other jurisdictions may use the same notice process; we handle all copyright complaints under this policy in combination with applicable Dutch and European notice-and-takedown principles.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on seoandchill.com.
