These Affiliate Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the SEO AND CHILL affiliate program (the "Program"), operated by NGC 4144 B.V. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
The Program allows approved affiliates ("Affiliates") to earn a commission on qualifying purchases of SEO AND CHILL made by customers they refer through a unique referral link.
To join the Program you must:
Enrollment requires approval. We may decline or revoke enrollment at our discretion, including where an applicant's content or methods could damage the SEO AND CHILL brand.
Qualifying purchases earn the commission rate published on the affiliate program page at the time of the purchase.
A purchase qualifies when:
Commissions on refunded or charged-back purchases are reversed. Renewal payments qualify only where expressly stated on the affiliate program page.
Payouts are made in the currency, at the frequency, and above the minimum threshold published on the affiliate program page.
We may withhold payouts pending fraud review, and offset reversed commissions against future payouts.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your commission income.
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote SEO AND CHILL, in accordance with applicable regulations, including FTC guidelines and European consumer protection rules.
A disclosure such as "I earn a commission if you purchase through this link" placed near the referral link satisfies this requirement.
As an Affiliate you may not:
We may withhold or reverse commissions and terminate enrollment where we detect fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, fake transactions, manipulated attribution, or traffic generated by bots.
Either party may end participation in the Program at any time.
Upon termination:
Affiliates are independent parties. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment relationship, agency, partnership, or joint venture.
The limitations of liability in our Terms and Conditions apply to the Program. Our total aggregate liability under the Program shall not exceed the commissions validly accrued and unpaid at the time a claim arises.
We may update these Affiliate Terms and the published Program parameters (rates, attribution window, thresholds) from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after publication and never retroactively reduce validly accrued commissions.
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Overijssel, The Netherlands.
