This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") forms part of the Terms and Conditions between SEO AND CHILL, operated by NGC 4144 B.V., and the User. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms and Conditions.

Purpose

This Policy describes what you may and may not do with SEO AND CHILL, including the plugin, the website, the licensing services, and any AI abilities used through the software.

The purpose of this Policy is simple: SEO AND CHILL exists to make legitimate websites better. It may not be used to harm the open web, deceive users or search engines, or break the law.

Permitted Use

You may use SEO AND CHILL to:

Optimize websites that you own or operate.
Optimize websites of clients who have authorized you to manage their SEO.
Generate meta data, alt text, keywords, outlines, structured data, and related SEO assets for legitimate content.
Analyze, audit, and improve the technical and content health of authorized websites.
Use bulk operations within the limits of your purchased plan.

Prohibited Content

You may not use SEO AND CHILL to create, optimize, publish, or promote content that:

Violates any applicable law or regulation.
Infringes intellectual property rights of third parties, including scraped or copied content.
Is defamatory, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading.
Promotes illegal products, services, or schemes.
Contains malware, phishing mechanisms, or deceptive download prompts.
Exploits or harms minors in any way.

Prohibited SEO Practices

SEO AND CHILL is built for sustainable optimization. You may not use it for practices designed to deceive search engines or users, including:

Generating content for spam networks, link farms, or private blog networks created primarily to manipulate rankings.
Mass-producing scraped, spun, or duplicated content across domains.
Emitting deceptive structured data that misrepresents the content of a page.
Cloaking, doorway pages, or presenting different content to search engines than to users.
Injecting hidden text, hidden links, or manipulative redirects.

AI-Specific Rules

When using AI abilities through connected providers, you must:

Comply with the terms, usage policies, and content rules of the AI provider you connect.
Review AI generated output before publishing, as required by the Terms and Conditions.
Refrain from attempting to generate content that the connected provider prohibits.
Refrain from using the software to probe, jailbreak, or circumvent safety measures of any AI provider.

You are solely responsible for prompts submitted and outputs published through your connected providers.

System and License Integrity

You may not:

Circumvent, disable, or interfere with licensing, activation, or usage controls.
Share, resell, or sublicense license keys outside the limits of your plan.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the software.
Interfere with the operation of the SEO AND CHILL websites, APIs, or infrastructure.
Use automated systems to access our services other than through documented functionality.

Fair Use of Support

Support exists to help you succeed with the product. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward support staff is not tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of support access.

Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in:

A warning with a request to remedy the violation.
Suspension of license activations or account access.
Termination in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

The severity of the measure will be proportionate to the severity and frequency of the violation. Where required by law, or where fraud or abuse is evident, we may suspend access without prior warning.
