This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between SEO AND CHILL ("Processor") and the Customer ("Controller").

SEO AND CHILL does not determine the purposes or means of processing performed by the third party AI provider and does not act as a controller for such processing.
The Customer remains solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, legality, and compliance of any third party AI provider selected by the Customer, including reviewing applicable privacy policies, data processing terms, and international transfer mechanisms.
SEO AND CHILL shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, processing activities, security measures, or privacy practices of any third party AI provider connected by the Customer.
SEO AND CHILL maintains reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including:
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, SEO AND CHILL will implement appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
SEO AND CHILL will provide reasonable assistance to enable Customers to respond to:
SEO AND CHILL will notify affected Customers without undue delay after becoming aware of a confirmed personal data breach affecting Customer data.
Upon termination of services, Customer data may be deleted unless retention is required by law.
Upon reasonable written request, SEO AND CHILL may provide information sufficient to demonstrate compliance with this DPA.
