Quick-start: from install to first fix in 15 minutes.

Before you start

You need a WordPress site you administer and an API key from any supported AI provider. Check your host against these requirements. Most managed WordPress hosting clears them by default:

Install the plugin

1. Log in to WordPress as an administrator.
2. Go to  Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Select the  seo-and-chill.zip  file from your purchase email.
4. Click  Install Now, wait for confirmation, then click  Activate Plugin.

On activation the plugin registers its sitemap and llms.txt rules and opens the Setup Wizard. No shell access or SFTP needed.

Three steps, and you can leave at any point. The dashboard stays fully usable.

1. Connect your license.  One-click secure sign-in; your credentials are entered on the licensing server, never inside your WordPress admin. Done in under 30 seconds.
2. Configure your AI provider.  Pick from the grid of ten. OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Groq, xAI Grok, DeepSeek, Moonshot, Mistral, OpenRouter or a custom local endpoint. Paste your API key and hit  Test  to validate it before continuing.
3. Quick Site Scan.  An instant health check shows your baseline: posts missing meta descriptions, images missing alt text, and active redirects.

Run your first fix

The scan just showed you your backlog. Now clear the biggest chunk in one run:

1. Open  AI Command Center  from the plugin menu.
2. Click  Bulk Meta Descriptions  (leave the filter closed to cover all posts and pages).
3. Watch the activity log. Responses are cached and queued, so your site stays fast while it runs.

When the batch completes, your meta coverage moves to 100% and your Health Score gets its first jump. That's the whole rhythm of the product: scan, run, approve, chill.
