License activation & Server Connect.

How activation works

There are no license keys to copy-paste. Activation runs through Server Connect, a secure handshake with the licensing server:

1. Click Connect License in the SEO & Chill admin.
2. Your browser goes to the licensing server, where you sign in. Your credentials are never entered inside WordPress.
3. The server validates your subscription and sends back a signed, domain-bound token.
4. You land back in your admin; paid features unlock immediately.

The whole flow takes under 30 seconds. The token is bound to your domain and tamper-evident.

Moving to another domain

Licenses are domain-bound, not server-bound. And re-assignable without a support ticket. Deactivate on the old domain (or simply re-run Connect License on the new one); the licensing server releases the old binding automatically. See License shows disconnected after a domain change.

If our license server is ever unreachable

The plugin fails open: it keeps working on its cached entitlement. Your SEO never pays for our downtime.

Free plan

You can skip activation entirely during setup. The plugin runs on the free plan until you connect a license. Upgrade any time from the License page.
