The “AI is not configured” notice.

Cause

The selected provider has no saved API key. Or the stored key failed decryption. Decryption failure typically happens when your site’s AUTH_KEY / AUTH_SALT values changed after the key was stored (for example after a migration or a security reset of wp-config.php).

Fix

1. Open SEO & Chill → AI Settings.
2. Paste your API key again.
3. Click Test Connection, then Save Settings.

Keys are encrypted with your site’s auth salts. Rotating those salts is good security practice. Just re-save your API key afterwards.
